Three days gives you two travel days and one day you can shape around Jeju. Keep the arrival and departure near your base; use the middle day for one side of the island.
Day 1: settle near the arrival route
After landing, collect bags and reach the hotel before adding a distant stop. If the flight arrives late, make dinner and supplies the plan. For an earlier arrival, choose one nearby visit that fits the time left before check-in. Use the airport-to-hotel transport guide to compare your actual transfer options.
Day 2: commit to one island direction
Choose the east, west or south for the full day, based on the place your group most wants to see. Keep lunch and the next stop in that same area; a cross-island detour uses time that could go to the visit itself.
For an east-focused day, Seongsan Ilchulbong is one possible anchor. Add it only if the rest of the route also points east.

With a rental car, group stops before setting out and avoid adding a far-side return at the end of the day. On buses, keep the first and last stops along one corridor and check the return service before leaving; the Jeju bus guide covers car-free planning. The rental-car decision guide can help choose between the two.
Day 3: leave room for the flight
Choose a short stop near the hotel or airport route, then allow for checkout, luggage and the trip to the airport. Keep this stop easy to drop if the flight time or transport plan leaves less room than expected.
When weather changes the middle day
Keep one indoor or city option that uses the same base and transport. If wind or rain makes the coast a poor fit, switch days with a flexible visit rather than crossing the island twice. See the Jeju rainy-day plan for alternatives.
Choose the base around the longest route
Jeju City can suit late arrivals, early departures and itineraries built around the north. Seogwipo can reduce repeat transfers when most of the full day is in the south. Compare the Jeju stay guide, then pick the base that avoids repeating the longest drive or bus ride.
Once the base and travel mode are set, use the Jeju planning hub to choose stops that fit the route.
