The 2026 Busan Biennale closes on Sunday, November 1. Its three venues sit in two parts of the city: the Museum of Contemporary Art Busan on Eulsukdo, and Space OneZ plus the former Busan Nam High School on Yeongdo. For the final week, plan around the day’s first venue and last stop rather than a map midpoint.

The final-week schedule

From Tuesday through Sunday, the exhibition is open 10:00–18:00. Entry closes at 17:00 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Busan and former Busan Nam High School, and at 17:30 at Space OneZ. Monday, October 26 is a scheduled closure; the final open day is November 1. Check the organiser’s visit page before travelling in case of a notice.

The city lists adult admission to the Museum of Contemporary Art Busan at ₩16,000, teenagers and military/police at ₩8,000, and children at ₩5,000; Space OneZ and the former school are free. Confirm the current ticket conditions on the Busan City event notice.

Use the free shuttle to group the two Yeongdo venues

The organiser’s free shuttle links the museum, Space OneZ and the former school, except on closure days. From the museum it departs at 11:00, 14:00 and 16:30; departures from Space OneZ are 12:00 and 15:00, and from the former school 12:30 and 15:30. Traffic can delay the service, so leave room before a timed entry or the last museum admission. The full route and boarding points are on the official visit page.

Choose the base from the day’s endpoints

If your exhibition day finishes at the two Yeongdo venues, compare a Nampo-side evening with the next morning’s starting point. If the Museum of Contemporary Art is the priority, check the route from your exact hotel address to Eulsukdo before booking. A Seomyeon or Haeundae stay can still suit other planned days, but neither is automatically central to all three sites.

For a short remaining visit, keep one hotel base and choose the venue cluster you can reach without rushing. A hotel move adds luggage and check-in time during an exhibition that already has fixed closing hours.

Hotel choice for a future edition

BIFF 2026 ran October 6–15, so it does not overlap with the Biennale’s final week. For a later edition, wait for both organisers to publish dates and screening venues before deciding whether to stay near the Cinema Center, Yeongdo or elsewhere.
