The Shilla Jeju’s defining choice is who can use its pools. The outdoor Adult Pool is for hotel guests aged 19 and over; the Family Pool and Indoor Pool serve a different kind of stay. That distinction matters most when the room rate is high and your group expects to spend time at the resort.

Choose the pool your party can use together
Two adults aged 19 or older can use the Adult Pool, which is open daily from 09:00 to 23:00. On checkout day, the hotel allows pool access until 15:00, with arrival by 13:00 for uninterrupted use. See the hotel’s Adult Pool rules and hours before planning around a late departure.

For a family with children, the Family Pool and Indoor Pool are the shared-water options. A child under 1.3 metres must wear a life jacket and stay with a guardian in the pool area. That supervision changes whether a swim is a break for the adults or another activity they need to manage.
Check the children’s program by age and date
Kids’ Cabin is not an all-day walk-in playroom: the current official page lists ages 37 months to 12 years, daily hours of 10:00–17:00, and access for children enrolled in a program. The separate Kids’ Island is for children aged 12 and under and is open 09:00–19:00; children under seven need a guardian. The hotel’s Kids’ Cabin page and Kids’ Island rules set different conditions, so check the program before treating either as included childcare.

Room size is only useful after bed and occupancy fit
The current room list puts Standard, Deluxe and Terrace rooms at 40㎡, and Premier rooms at 46㎡. Bed layouts differ by category, including double, twin, family twin and ondol in some Deluxe options. Premier rooms are not automatically a better family fit: enter the exact number and ages of guests, then check the room’s permitted occupancy and bed arrangement on the chosen dates. The hotel’s room list shows current layouts and sizes.
Meals and the Jungmun location
The Parkview is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant on the third floor. Its current breakfast buffet runs 07:30–10:30; lunch and dinner are separate sittings, so a breakfast-inclusive rate is useful only if your morning plans leave time to eat at the resort. The Parkview schedule and reservation page publishes the current service hours.
The hotel is at 75 Jungmungwangwang-ro 72beon-gil in Seogwipo’s Jungmun area. Airport bus 601 takes about 70–90 minutes; the hotel lists departures from Jeju Airport from 06:00 to 21:00, roughly every 50 minutes. See the hotel’s directions for the current stop and timetable. This is a resort base on the south coast, so a schedule focused on Jeju City or frequent island crossings adds drive time.
When the resort premium earns its place
For a couple who will spend an afternoon or evening at the property, the Adult Pool and on-site dining can be part of the stay rather than amenities seen only in photographs. For a family, the useful calculation is the time everyone can spend at the Family Pool, the children’s program that matches their ages, and whether the room layout fits. If your days are full of long drives and you return mainly to sleep, compare a simpler base before paying for facilities you will not use.
Room inventory, meal packages, program schedules and cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and stay dates. The cancellation line shown with that exact room offer determines the deadline and fee.
