Both hotels place you in central Seoul, but they serve different arrival patterns. Solaria sits at 27 Myeongdong 8-gil, beside the shopping streets; Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Seoul Myeongdong is at 15 Namdaemun-ro 5-gil, beside Namdaemun Market and closer to City Hall. Decide which station or airport-bus stop matches your arrival before comparing room rates.

Solaria puts the walk from Myeongdong Station at roughly three minutes. Its hotel notice sets a 10:00–23:00 vehicle restriction on the pedestrian street and directs daytime drop-offs toward Exit 8. This is the more direct choice if Myeongdong shopping and dining are repeated stops, provided the station-to-hotel walk works with your bags.

The official hotel pamphlet gives about six minutes on foot from City Hall Station Exit 7 and about seven minutes from Hoehyeon Station. It also lists airport limousine 6015 to Namdaemun Market and 6001 from the hotel toward Incheon Airport. Bus numbers and stops can change, so check the current airport operator notice before relying on either service.

For either property, compare the same dates, number of guests, room name, bed arrangement, breakfast inclusion and cancellation deadline.
