Ticket delivery check · 2026-08-10

If checkout asks for a Korean 010 number, is that discount ticket still the easiest option?

Official admission is simple. The friction for overseas visitors appears in how a third-party ticket is delivered. If you do not have a Korean mobile number, compare the delivery path before the discount.

Delivery may decide which listed price is usable. The Klook item checked on 10 August 2026 required an 11-digit Korean number for KakaoTalk or SMS; KKday provided a barcode e-voucher valid for 30 days after issue. Both sold admission, but the redemption routes differ.

No Korean 010 number? Filter the options in this order
  • You already have a working Korean 010 number that receives SMS / KakaoTalk: keep the Klook product that requires a Korean 010 number in the comparison, then check the final price, validity and cancellation shown at checkout.
  • No Korean 010 number: a lower rate is no help if the ticket can only arrive by SMS or KakaoTalk to that number. Compare the barcode option and its live checkout terms instead.
  • For a simpler purchase: total the official age-band prices first, then compare the seller’s saving against delivery, validity and cancellation conditions.

The official page listed adult, youth, child and infant prices. Buying at the gate avoids third-party ticket delivery, though the official price may differ from an OTA offer.

Klook product page CURRENT PRODUCTPay → Korean 010 → KakaoTalk / SMS

In the 10 August 2026 listing, Klook sent the ticket by KakaoTalk or SMS to a Korean 010 number. Confirm access to that number before payment.

KKDAY CURRENT PRODUCTPay → e-voucher / barcode → show on site

The 10 August 2026 KKday listing described instant confirmation, barcode entry and a voucher valid for 30 days after issue. Verify these terms on the product you select.

Confirm ticket delivery before comparing prices

Both products covered admission, but one relied on Korean mobile delivery while the other used a 30-day barcode voucher. Check the selected product’s redemption instructions before comparing totals.

The worst time to discover the restriction is after you have paid

An older international ticket page may still appear in search even if unavailable. The newer listing remained visible in the August 10 check and required a Korean 010 number; open the exact product rather than relying on an old screenshot.

Calculate your group’s admission using the official price

The official individual prices recorded in the check were KRW 16,000 for adults, KRW 15,000 for youth and KRW 13,000 for children. Infants aged 23 months or younger entered free with proof of age. Treat these figures as a dated baseline and verify the current price.

ADULTKRW 16,000Age 20+
YOUTHKRW 15,000Ages 14–19
CHILDKRW 13,000Ages 24 months–13 years
INFANTFree23 months or younger; proof of age required

For two adults and one eight-year-old, that baseline totals KRW 45,000. An 18-month-old infant does not add a paid ticket when proof of age is shown. If a booking form counts four travellers, check whether it requires the infant to be added at zero cost.

Wonderful Ground is a separate play area for children under 110 cm. The height limit applies to that zone, not entry to Hello Kitty Island; a taller child can still visit the attraction.

No Trip.com attraction page booking CTA in this guide. The exact Hello Kitty Island attraction page is active, but this source check did not confirm a standalone bookable ticket SKU that could be normalized against Klook product page and KKday. Trip.com showed an attraction information page, but no separate bookable ticket SKU was confirmed in the 2026-08-10 check.

Most of the attraction is indoors, but “rainy-day friendly” does not mean weather is irrelevant

Most of the visit is under cover among exhibitions, Touch & Media, character scenes, the 3D Theater and a café. The rooftop maze and Hello Kitty fountain are outdoors, so treat them as optional if rain is expected.

You are staying around Jungmun / Seogwipo

Hello Kitty Island sits in Andeok-myeon on Jeju’s southwest side. Pairing it with Jungmun or other nearby stops makes the trip easier to fit into the day.

You are staying in Jeju City without a car

A dedicated return from a Jeju City day without a car can take more time than the admission price suggests. Check the route before adding the attraction.

Let the full trip route determine where you sleep; this attraction alone rarely warrants a hotel change. The where to stay in Jeju and where to stay in Seogwipo guides outline the two bases.

Before choosing a ticket
  1. Children aged 23 months or younger enter free with proof of age; check how the booking form handles an infant.
  2. Open the exact Klook or KKday product and confirm it is available for the planned date.
  3. If you lack a Korean 010 number, choose a delivery method you can receive.
  4. Compare matching age bands, party size, validity, cancellation and redemption terms.
  5. Wonderful Ground is limited to children under 110 cm; use that rule only for the play area, not admission.
