Gimhae Airport × Seomyeon · Whole-trip Base Decision

Seomyeon is a middle ground for Busan days on both sides

Seomyeon is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 2. It is not the closest base to Gimhae Airport, but can reduce backtracking when your itinerary mixes western and eastern Busan.

Two airport routes, different trade-offs

Airport Limousine 2 runs between Gimhae Airport and Bujeon through Seomyeon. The airport lists departures 07:20–21:30, an adult fare of KRW 6,000 and about 50 minutes to Bujeon; time to your stop varies. Headways are roughly 60–80 minutes, and cash is not accepted. Check the current timetable before relying on it.

Outside that window, take the Busan–Gimhae Light Rail to Sasang and transfer to Metro Line 2. The route ends at a station, not your hotel: check the exit, underground passage and final street crossing for the exact address.

Let the itinerary decide

Seomyeon fits a trip that combines Nampo or Busan Station with Gwangalli, Haeundae or BEXCO. If almost every day is on the east coast, compare Haeundae; if the trip centres on the port and old town, compare Nampo.

For large luggage, children or late check-in, compare the whole path from the airport to the accommodation entrance.
