Give the Independence Hall of Korea its own visit block first. Taejosan Park is a separate outdoor stop, so plan a transfer and trail check before adding it to the day.
Set the hall visit around its last admission
The seven exhibition halls and memorial grounds cover the independence movement and related history. The hall is free to enter. Its listed hours are 09:30–18:00 from March to October and 09:30–17:00 from November to February; last admission is one hour before closing. Its usual Monday closure does not apply when Monday is a public holiday.
The listed rate for a general car is KRW 2,000; large vehicles and compact or hybrid cars use different rates. Choose the exhibition halls you want to see and allow time to walk among the buildings and grounds.
Add Taejosan only if the outdoor leg fits
Taejosan Park has walking and hiking trails, benches and forest leisure facilities. Its tourism listing shows free park entry and 300 parking spaces, while individual activities may have separate terms.
Check the transfer and current trail conditions before leaving the hall; the park is not an extension of the museum grounds. Shorten the walk in heat, rain or poor footing, and review park notices before setting out.
Use the Independence Hall visitor information, Taejosan Park’s Taejosan Park facilities and Taejosan Park address and visitor information.
