For a short shower, shorten the outdoor section. For steady rain or coastal wind, swap the whole day only if an open indoor venue sits on a route you can complete without crossing Busan twice.

Use Busan MoCA only when the southwest route fits
Busan Museum of Contemporary Art is on Eulsukdo at 1191 Nakdongnam-ro, Saha-gu. The city lists Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00, with admission ending at 17:30. It is closed on Mondays; if Monday is a public holiday, it closes the next day. Entry is free, although special exhibitions may charge.
From Hadan Station on Line 1, take the Hadan–Busan MoCA–Myeongji bus route and get off at the museum stop. The city says all buses on that route stop there. Check current service and exhibitions before travelling; MoCA is a separate southwest-side outing, not an add-on to Nampo or Haeundae.

Keep the rest of the day in one area
From Nampo, combine only indoor stops that share the old-town route. From Seomyeon, decide whether a central museum or a room break fits better than a long east–west transfer. In Haeundae, swap the beach day as a whole if rain persists instead of adding distant indoor shopping to the same plan.
Rain alone is not a reason to move hotels. Keep luggage storage, venue hours and tomorrow’s first stop in view, then choose a nearby meal and a practical return.
