  2. August 15–16: public festival days, exhibition hours 10:00–17:00.
  3. August 16: closing ceremony and awards began at 17:00; the organiser did not give a fixed finish time for the ceremony.

These dates and eligibility rules are on the organiser’s BIC Festival 2026 overview and official FAQ. Do not use the 2026 schedule to plan a later edition.

BEXCO access for the 2026 venue

The venue was Exhibition Center 1, Hall 2, at 55 APEC-ro, Haeundae-gu. Busan City’s BEXCO access page lists Metro Line 2 to Centum City Station, Exit 1. Check the event map and organiser notices for the entrance used at the next edition.

Use current event dates before choosing a hotel

For a future festival, wait for the organiser to publish the venue, public-entry days, ticket eligibility and exhibition hours. Then compare Haeundae/Centum City with the rest of the Busan itinerary. A one-day event may not justify moving the base; consecutive event days or a late return may change that calculation.

If you are visiting BEXCO for another exhibition, use that organiser’s dates and hall details. BIC’s 2026 schedule and ticket rules do not apply to other events. For a new trip, check the Busan stay guide and transport guide after the event address is confirmed.
