Three calendar days rarely mean three full sightseeing days. Put arrival and departure first, then give the west and east sides separate blocks instead of crossing the city for every stop.

Day 1: keep the first evening near your base

Count the airport or station transfer, luggage and hotel check-in before adding a stop. Choose dinner near the base or one short walk; set the next morning’s departure point first.

Day 2: choose one west-side route

Gamcheon Culture Village works best before the market and harbour area, but its residential lanes have a daytime visitor restriction. The latest KTO visitor guidance sets tourist visits to residential areas from 09:00 to 18:00. Use one village-bus connection from the official Visit Busan directions, then choose Gukje Market or Jagalchi according to the time left.

Day 3: pick one eastern-coast focus

BEXCO exhibition and convention centre in Busan
BEXCO in Haeundae-gu; include it when a scheduled event is part of the trip.

Choose Haeundae and Centum City for a beach-and-city day, or Gwangalli for a waterfront evening. Add BEXCO only if an event or exhibition is the reason for visiting; check its event date and entry separately. If this is also departure day, choose the area closest to your departure route and leave time for checkout and luggage.

A three-day Busan trip does not need a hotel move. Keep one base unless the east-side stay saves enough repeated travel to repay packing and check-in time.
