Andong Hahoe Village and Old Downtown in One Day: Choose Depth Before Distance

For a first Hahoe day, make the village the only long rural visit. Keep the meal and evening walk in Andong after the return; leave Byeongsanseowon for another day unless the current bus sequence fits.

Start from the Andong centre bus stop

Andong tourism lists bus 210 from the city to Hahoe, and the city’s live bus system publishes active routes. Check the stop and return departure on your date. English tourist pages may retain the old route number 246, so use the current city route listing for the actual trip. Andong tourist routes Live bus routes

Use Hahoe’s current entry window

Hahoe opens 09:00–18:00 from April to September and 09:00–17:00 from October to March. Last entry is 17:30 in April–September and 16:30 in October–March. Individual tickets are KRW 5,000 for adults, KRW 2,500 for teenagers and KRW 1,500 for children. The address is 2-1 Hahoejongga-gil, Pungcheon-myeon. Korea Tourism Organization visitor details

Walk the signed public lanes at a pace that leaves time to return to the pickup point. Hahoe is a residential village; keep away from private yards and do not add Buyongdae or another distant stop unless you have confirmed its access and the return service.

Return to town for the meal

Andong Old Market Union is at 55 Beonyeong 1-gil and lists 09:00–22:00 hours, with closing varying by shop. It is an option for dinner after you reach the city; choose a specific stall or restaurant only after checking its own hours. Market address and opening hours

Keep Byeongsanseowon as a separate branch

Byeongsanseowon is free, at 386 Byeongsan-gil, and opens 09:00–18:00 in summer or 09:00–17:00 in winter. Route 210 also appears in Andong tourism information for this stop, but verify which departure serves your direction before combining it with Hahoe. Official Byeongsanseowon information

KriNavi decision card

Check the bus home before leaving Hahoe; keep the city meal flexible until the return is clear.
