Surfyy Beach is the timed part of this route. Confirm the lesson slot, arrive early enough to check in and separate beach access from the paid facilities before adding Naksan.
Book around the lesson time
The official FAQ lists beginner starts at 10:30, 13:00 and 15:00 in April–June and September–October. July and August use an expanded timetable; the last time differs between the FAQ language versions, so follow the date shown in the official booking calendar. Check in at least 30 minutes before class. Lessons may be stopped for Coast Guard storm or typhoon warnings; the operator’s FAQ explains its cancellation terms.
Know which beach facilities cost extra
Surfyy lists beach hours as 10:00–18:00, adjusted by seasonal sunset. Its paid facilities use a separate Surfyy Pass, listed at KRW 30,000 per unit for four people and required from age two; lessons and board rentals do not include it. Check the operator’s current facility details before adding a pass to the budget.
Add only one nearby stop
After rinsing and changing, choose a short Naksan Beach walk or visit Naksansa before its listed 17:30 entry close; leave the temple for another day after a late lesson. Surfyy Beach is at 119 Hajodaehaean-gil, Hyeonbuk-myeon. For transfers, use the county’s bus, taxi and terminal contacts.
