WE Hotel Jeju is at 453-95, 1100-ro, Seogwipo-si, in the wooded mid-mountain area of Hallasan. The hotel’s appeal depends on spending time on site; it is not a city-centre base for Jeju City errands.

Reserve a programme separately

WE Hotel’s “WE, Healing with you” classes use advance booking. Reservations open 14 days before check-in, places are first come, and a class may close when full. A room booking does not prove that a particular class is included or that you have a confirmed spot. Check the exact room rate and complete the programme reservation before paying extra for a wellness stay.

The hotel separately lists a daily forest programme that starts from the lobby at 09:00 and lasts about an hour. Its three activities rotate; ask the Wellness Center which one is scheduled for your day. The rotating programme is distinct from the bookable wellness classes.

Pool hours and child rules

The current facility page lists the indoor adult and children’s pools from 08:00 to 21:30 and the outdoor adult pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna from 08:00 to 20:00. The hotel says maintenance or operating conditions can change access. Children under 130 cm need a life jacket and an accompanying adult. If pool time is the main reason for choosing the hotel, check the facility notice for your dates.

Airport shuttle: limited seats and scheduled departures

The hotel currently describes a shuttle for international guests, with capacity for 12 people. The published departures are Hotel 09:00 → Airport 10:00, 13:00 → 14:00 and 15:00 → 16:00; the reverse airport pickups are 10:00 → Hotel 11:00, 14:00 → 15:00 and 16:00 → 17:00. Reserve at least three days ahead; seats may close sooner. Confirm your flight fits the schedule and that your seat is accepted. The page lists airport pickup in front of 3F Gate 3 and hotel pickup at the 1F canopy.

Check-in begins at 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. If you are arriving by airport limousine bus 800, 801 or late-night 800-1, the hotel’s location page describes a transfer at Hoesu intersection; confirm the day’s hotel shuttle timetable before relying on that connection.
