Arrival and rider rules

Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. A rider under 120 cm must ride with a guardian; children under 24 months are limited to one accompanying infant per bike. At least two people must pedal. The operator prohibits riding while intoxicated and does not allow pregnant riders. Small dogs may ride in a carrier; medium and large dogs are excluded.

Weather and booking changes

The operator says the ride normally runs in rain, but heavy rain or snow can stop service for safety. Online reservations are available through the day before; same-day tickets are sold at the ticket office. If online seats are sold out, ask the operator whether counter tickets remain. Confirm the departure and weather notice on the day.

What to add around the ride

Make the rail bike the fixed-time part of the visit. Add a lake walk or a nearby railway attraction only if the ride slot, daylight and your return trip leave enough time; otherwise the 4.3 km loop is a complete outing.
