Prestige and Kids Suites accept different groups

The official room pages list both suites at 64.03 m², but their sleeping arrangements and occupancy rules differ. Prestige Suite has one queen and one single bed and is capped at three guests, with one child aged 0–35 months permitted under the stated rule. Kids Suite has one queen and one bunk bed for two adults and two children; the hotel says it cannot host three adults, even when children are also travelling.

For a party of three adults and one child, the Kids Suite rule is decisive. Enter each guest and age into the room search, then rely on the limit displayed for the exact room rather than its floor area or bed count.

The address separates two neighboring hotels

The Siena Resort uses 158-8; The Siena Primo uses 158-7. Their names, booking systems and shared-brand offers can look alike, but they are separate properties. Confirm the address before choosing a room or applying a pool benefit.

Check the package attached to the room

Breakfast, pool access and other extras are offer-specific. The official package pages include both cross-use and no-cross-use examples, so do not treat access to the neighboring property as a standard inclusion. Compare the exact stay dates, room, included meals, cancellation deadline and total after taxes.
