Search under both the current and former name

The property was formerly listed as Hotel Toscana and is now The Siena Primo. Jeju Tourism Organization records the current name and the same 158-7 address; some older booking URLs still contain “Toscana.” Check the address and property details if an old name appears in your search.

Choose the room before judging the price

The official room list includes standard, family and suite rooms as well as pool villas. Those categories do not share one layout or capacity. Enter the full party, including children’s ages, then compare the exact room name, bed arrangement and maximum occupancy shown for your dates. A private pool or whirlpool belongs to a specific villa product, not every room.

Pool access is attached to the selected offer

The Siena Primo has an outdoor pool, and its villas include room-specific outdoor pools. The neighboring Siena Resort is a separate property with its own rooms and facilities. Cross-use is not a property-wide promise: official package terms can grant it or rule it out. Count access only when it appears in the offer you are booking.

Make the totals comparable

Compare the same dates and guest count, then check breakfast quantity, payment timing, cancellation deadline and taxes. If one rate includes meals or an additional facility, put its value beside the room-only price before deciding.
