These Jungmun resorts suit different pool plans. The Seaes sells room types with a private pool; The Shilla Jeju has a shared outdoor Adult Pool for hotel guests aged 19 and over. Decide whether privacy in the room matters more than access to a resort pool.

The Seaes: check the room name, not only the hotel name

The 46.2 m² Garden Suite has a bedroom, living room and outdoor terrace, with standard occupancy two and maximum four. It has no private pool. The 58.8 m² Chodang Pool Suite has two bedrooms, a living room, terrace and 4 m Sumbi Pool; its standard occupancy is four and maximum six. The bed setup is one king bed plus two Korean-style bedding sets. The suites check in at 15:00 and check out at 11:00.

For a couple who wants a quiet room and garden, the Garden Suite may cover the actual need. Choose a pool suite only when private water is a firm requirement and you expect to use it during the stay.

The Shilla: shared pool access with an age limit

The Shilla’s Adult Pool is shared among hotel guests and is limited to ages 19 and over. Its current page lists 09:00–23:00 operation and access until 15:00 on checkout day, with arrival by 13:00 for uninterrupted use. The resort also lists Family and Indoor Pools, so families should compare those facilities rather than counting the Adult Pool for children.

The Shilla is at 75 Jungmungwangwang-ro 72beon-gil; the hotel lists an airport journey of about 70–90 minutes by taxi or bus 601. The Seaes is at 198 Jungmungwangwang-ro. These are both in Jungmun, but the last transfer and your day’s route still matter.

Match the price to the stay you will actually have

Compare the same dates, number and ages of guests, room tier, bedding, breakfast, cancellation deadline and pool access. A Garden Suite and a private-pool suite are different products, just as a standard Shilla room with shared facilities is not equivalent to private water inside the room.

Use the official room pages to confirm the selected room name and pool terms. The Seaes check-in/out is 15:00/11:00; confirm The Shilla’s current room times and any package-specific pool rules for your dates.

For a family trip where children need pool access, compare Shinhwa World and Jungmun resorts. For another shared-pool option, see Parnas Hotel Jeju.
