For up to four guests, the 69.42㎡ Deluxe/Kensington Deluxe is listed for four adults and has one bathroom. Groups of five to eight need the 115.7㎡ Royal Suite, listed with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, standard occupancy six and maximum eight. Even a four-person party may prefer the second bathroom if two couples or several generations share a morning routine.
Room capacity is not the same as bathroom capacity
The official room matrix gives Kensington Deluxe one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room; both its standard and maximum occupancy are four adults. The 115.7㎡ Kensington Royal Suite has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room, with six standard and eight maximum guests. Compare those layouts before reading the larger room as a simple size upgrade.
At four guests, one bathroom may work when everyone can stagger showers. For two couples or relatives preparing at once, the Royal Suite’s second bathroom can matter more than the view, even though four guests fit in Deluxe.
The Royal Suite separates the sleeping spaces
The official Royal Suite Ocean View description lists a king bed, a double bed, an ondol room and two bathrooms. That gives a larger party three sleeping areas instead of one shared bedroom. Confirm the exact bedding for the selected rate before assuming every guest has a separate bed.
| Party size | Room to compare | Why it may fit | Mismatch to avoid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two guests | Deluxe or Kensington Deluxe | Four-person capacity may leave room to save | Do not pay for three bedrooms and two bathrooms you will not use |
| Two adults, two children | Start with Deluxe | One bathroom can work if routines do not overlap | Do not select the largest label without checking the layout |
| Four adults or two couples | Compare Deluxe with Royal Suite | The second bathroom and separate sleeping areas may help | Maximum occupancy alone does not describe the room plan |
| Five to six guests | Royal Suite | Three bedrooms and two bathrooms match the larger party | Do not use a four-person Deluxe rate as the price for everyone |
| Seven to eight guests | Royal Suite plus extra-person and bedding terms | Confirm the actual allowance for the chosen rate | Eight-person capacity does not make extras complimentary |

Check Cooking or Clean on the exact room
The room names split again by use: the page checked on 15 August 2026 listed Deluxe as a Cooking Room and Kensington Deluxe as Clean; the Royal Suite also had Cooking and Kensington Clean versions. Confirm the kitchen entitlement on the rate itself.
A Cooking Room can help when the party needs to heat food in the room. If everyone plans to eat out, that feature may add little. Compare Cooking/Clean, view, occupancy and extra bedding as separate fields; “Royal Suite” alone does not identify the full product.
For the selected rate, record the view, Cooking/Clean status, standard and maximum occupancy, and bedding terms together. Similar room names can lead to different totals.
The 2026 group offer includes specific meals and occupancy terms
Kensington’s group offer checked on 15 August 2026 covered July through November 2026: one night in a renovated room and breakfast for four. The 35-pyeong Royal Suite offer could waive extra-person fees for up to two guests above the standard six; bedding remained a separate charge. Compare this offer with a room-only rate only after adding the benefits your group will use.
The offer terms stated that unused inclusions were not refunded in cash. If fewer than four guests will eat breakfast, do not count all four meals at full value. For six to eight guests, check whether the extra-person waiver applies to the dates and room rate you are considering.
Budget breakfast and extra-person charges per guest
The official dining page listed breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00. A public property listing checked on 15 August 2026 showed KRW 19,900 for adults and KRW 15,900 for guests aged 17 or younger; the displayed room total excluded extra breakfasts, payable at the property. Treat those figures as a dated reference and confirm the current rate before payment.
The official Royal Suite page checked on 15 August 2026 listed KRW 22,000 per person per night above standard occupancy with one bedding and towel set, or KRW 11,000 without bedding. Separate terms applied to children under seven. Maximum occupancy eight does not mean that extra guests or bedding are free.
Reach the Hallim resort from the airport
The address is 530 Hallimhaean-ro, Hallim-eup. The official route from Jeju Airport used bus 102 from stop 4 to Hallim Transfer Station, then about five minutes by taxi. This is a Hallim base rather than a hotel beside Hyeopjae Beach; include the last taxi and daily transport if you will not drive.
With a rental car, the transfer is less important. Without one, daily trips to western Jeju may add taxi and bus time. For the base choice, see where to stay in western Jeju; for the driving decision, see whether to rent a car in Jeju.
Compare the same room contract before payment
Compare the same dates and guest ages, then align room type, bathroom count, Cooking/Clean, view, breakfast, extra-person and bedding charges, cancellation terms and total payable. If one field differs, the two rates are different products.
For two to four guests, keep Deluxe on the shortlist unless a second bathroom or a separate sleeping area will be used. For five to eight, verify the Royal Suite’s actual bedding and extra-person charges. The upgrade is most useful when the party needs its three bedrooms and two bathrooms every day.

Who should consider the Royal Suite?
For five to eight guests, verify the Royal Suite’s bed layout and second bathroom before choosing a smaller room or paying for a view upgrade.
Compare the room name, kitchen status, breakfast coverage and extra-person terms against the selected dates and headcount.
