Use the evening for the waterfront
Start before sunset if you want to see the park shift from daylight to the lit skyline. The visitor guide points to the view of Songhwajeong Pavilion from the walking trail. Choose one stretch of waterfront and note the exit you will use; the park is large enough that an unplanned return can add walking after dark. Check the park address and current facility information.
The East Boat House is listed for 10:00–21:00, with hours subject to season and weather. Treat boating as a separate daytime/early-evening activity and verify current operation before making it the reason for a late visit.
Let the last connection decide whether to add Open Port
Songdo and the Open Port are separate districts. Central Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 serves Songdo Central Park. If you want to continue to the Open Port, check the transfer and last useful train from your actual departure station before leaving the park. The official timetable varies by line, direction and travel day; there is no single last-train time for the whole evening. When the connection is tight, keep the night in one district.
