Yangnim-dong and ACC: Plan One Cultural Day

Yangnim-dong and the Asia Culture Center (ACC) suit the same day when one is the main visit and the other is a shorter stop. The neighbourhood is an outdoor walk through historic buildings and lived-in streets; ACC depends on its current exhibitions and programme.

Walk Yangnim-dong while the workshops are open

The historic village is listed as free and open throughout the day. Craft workshops have separate hours—10:00–18:00 in the current visitor listing—and close on Mondays. The lanes include slopes and residential entrances, so choose a compact loop and leave the homes and memorial sites undisturbed. See the updated Yangnim-dong visitor and access information.

Let ACC set the second stop

The center closes Mondays and New Year's Day; opening hours and admission vary by facility and programme. Choose one exhibition or event from the ACC visitor page, then place the neighbourhood walk before or after it according to the start time. A full village route plus several galleries will make the day needlessly rushed.

One-day order

For a morning workshop or a street-focused visit, walk Yangnim-dong first and finish at ACC. For a timed performance or exhibition, make ACC the anchor and keep Yangnim-dong to one short section. Leave the meal near the next stop instead of adding a cross-city detour.
