The floor guide places Capsule on floors 3–5, Slim on 6F and Mansion on floors 7–9. The detailed pages use Capsule, Romantic and Premium. Match the date-specific product name before comparing rates or photos.
3–5F | Capsule
The Capsule page lists units of about 2.7 m² and one- to four-person inventory with different bed and view options. The entrance uses a curtain; shower and toilet facilities are shared.
6F | Slim → Romantic
The detailed Romantic page lists 8.6 m² for up to two guests, Ocean or City categories, an in-room bathroom and toilet, and a desk. Confirm the precise room name because the floor guide and booking labels do not map perfectly.
7–9F | Mansion → Premium
The current Premium details list 19.2 m², usually two and up to four guests, Queen or two-double bed products, an in-room bathroom and toilet, desk and basic daily cleaning.
The official floor guide, room pages and Q&A differ slightly in naming. Use the floor category to identify the product family, then confirm the detailed room name and bathroom field for your dates.

Decide whether you need a bathroom inside the room.
If shared facilities are not acceptable, remove Capsule before weighing its view or price. If they are acceptable, compare its bed, occupancy, view, gender zoning and cancellation terms.
The current Q&A says Premium and Romantic rooms have bathrooms inside the room; Capsule guests use shared facilities on the accommodation floors. Treat bathroom privacy as a room-format difference, not a minor amenity.
Capsule does not automatically mean a shared dorm bed
Capsule inventory includes one- to four-person products and ocean-view options. The official list distinguishes single, double, three-single and two-double layouts; check the specific bed and sleeping arrangement.
| Current capsule examples | Sleeping setup | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Single categories | 1 Single / Super Single-style bed | Ocean vs no view, gender zoning, upper/lower position |
| Double categories | 1 Double-style bed | Whether two guests are comfortable sharing both the bed and bathroom facilities |
| Twin / 2-bed categories | 2 Singles, or listing wording that may use “dormitory” | Do not infer stranger-sharing from the word “dormitory” alone |
| Triple | Current official inventory includes 3 Singles | All three travelers need to accept the same accommodation format |
| Quad | Current official inventory includes 2 Doubles | Four-person capacity does not by itself confirm family eligibility |
The Q&A wording about minors and child charges is inconsistent. Do not assume a four-person Capsule is approved as a family room; confirm age, gender-zone and check-in rules with the hotel before paying.

What you need to do after returning to the hotel matters more than the room label
A Capsule can suit a guest who mainly needs a bed and accepts shared bathrooms. An ocean view may still be available within that format.
For overnight calls or time at a desk, compare the private-room formats. The Romantic room page lists a desk, in-room bathroom and toilet; the Premium information also lists a desk and private bathroom. Match the exact product to your dates.
Romantic or Premium may better fit couples, larger bags or time spent working in the room. Choose based on the space and facilities you will use, not floor area alone.

The lowest price only means something after the room format matches
A private double and a Capsule are different products even when one person occupies them. The former keeps the bathroom and usable room space behind one door; the latter provides a smaller sleeping unit with shared facilities.
| Comparison | Useful? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel 1 Capsule vs another capsule product | Yes | Then match guest count, view, bed, cancellation and taxes |
| Hotel 1 Romantic/Premium vs another private room | Yes | Both are complete private-room products; compare like-for-like totals |
| Hotel 1 Capsule vs another hotel's private double | Not directly | Bathroom, privacy and private living-space boundaries are different |
The hotel’s published starting-price benchmark is for off-season weekdays and excludes VAT. Public booking-site “from” prices apply to particular dates and room categories, so neither figure is a typical all-year nightly rate.
An ocean-view capsule separates the view upgrade from the private-room upgrade
Ocean view is not exclusive to private rooms: Hotel 1 also lists Ocean-view Capsules. You can keep the waterfront outlook while accepting a smaller sleep space and shared bathroom.
Choose the room format first, then compare Ocean versus City or room size. If an in-room bathroom is required, a Capsule does not meet that condition regardless of its view.

Slim/Romantic and Mansion/Premium: match the product family before the listing label
| Official floor category | Current detailed-page name | Common listing labels | Bathroom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capsule | 3–5F | Capsule | Luxury / Premium / Upper / Lower / Deluxe Capsule, 2-bed Dormitory and similar wording | Official: shared |
| Slim | 6F | Romantic | Romantic Double / Romantic Sea View and similar | In-room |
| Mansion | 7–9F | Premium | Premium Ocean Front / Mountain View Suite and similar | In-room |
Use the room-family table to orient yourself, then confirm bed, view, occupancy, bathroom, cancellation terms and total price for the exact booking product.
Remove the ocean view from the decision and leave only the bathroom
Before payment, answer one question: are you comfortable sharing the shower and toilet?
If yes, Capsule can remain in the comparison. Then match occupancy, bed layout, view and terms.
If no, compare Romantic and Premium private rooms; if neither fits the budget, look at other private-room stays in Busan stay guides.
The main risk is letting the cheapest result decide the accommodation format before you choose what privacy and space you need.
Room-format questions
What bathroom facilities come with a Capsule room?
No. Capsule guests use shared shower and toilet facilities on the accommodation floors; the current Q&A lists in-room bathrooms for Romantic and Premium.
How does a Capsule room differ from a dormitory bed?
Not necessarily. Current Capsule inventory includes one- to four-person products with different beds. A listing’s “dormitory” wording does not by itself establish that strangers share the same sleeping unit; check the exact product and bathroom field.
Are single-guest Ocean-view Capsule options listed?
Yes, one-person Ocean-view Capsule products are listed. Availability, gender zoning and upper/lower assignment can vary by date.
Which Slim or Mansion room categories include a bathroom?
The floor guide uses Slim for 6F and Mansion for 7–9F; detailed pages call those product families Romantic and Premium. Both list an in-room bathroom and toilet.
