Nampo is a practical base for Jagalchi, the markets and Busan’s old port district. The airport’s current limousine listing does not include a Nampo route. Rail requires several changes; a taxi avoids those transfers but has a different time and fare trade-off.
Follow the rail route to the hotel entrance
One rail option is the Busan–Gimhae Light Rail to Sasang, Metro Line 2 to Seomyeon, then Line 1 to Nampo. Allow for station changes and the final walk from the exit that best matches the property; “Nampo Station” is not the hotel entrance. For a late arrival, verify the last Light Rail and Metro departures together; do not assume a single line’s final train will complete all three legs. Confirm the property’s check-in time as well.
The airport’s standard-taxi estimate to Nampo-dong/Jagalchi Market is about 60 minutes and KRW 20,000. Traffic, arrival time and the exact drop-off point change the actual ride and fare.

Keep the stay close to the days you have planned
Nampo puts Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, the port and old downtown streets within the same part of the city. Haeundae, BEXCO and other east-side plans add a longer cross-city ride; if those are the main stops, compare Seomyeon or Haeundae before choosing a base.
With heavy bags or a late flight, compare the taxi with the rail route and check the hotel’s arrival arrangements. A nearby station exit can matter more than the neighbourhood name.
