Use the station link for the journey you actually have

The connection can help with an AREX arrival, an early KTX departure or an intercity change, but Seoul Station is large. The hotel-to-station walk is only part of the route: allow time for the correct entrance, platform and luggage. Check the hotel’s official station directions and the live rail departure for your date.

It is less compelling when most evenings end in Hongdae, Seongsu or another district far from the station. Compare the base with the places you will return from, not just the transfer on arrival. The Myeongdong Four Points is a separate property; it does not have this Seoul Station address.
