Use the pool schedule for your travel month

The hotel’s notice effective 1 April 2026 lists pool access for registered guests. From April through October, the infinity, all-season, family and indoor pools are listed, with pool hours 10:00–21:30 and last entry at 21:00. From November through March, the warm all-season and indoor pools are listed; the infinity and family pools close. Winter hours are 10:00–20:30, with last entry at 20:00. Outdoor Jacuzzi water is listed as warm; the other pools are cold-water pools.

Pool operation can change with the season, weather or hotel notice. The current policy does not allow pool use after checkout; pre-check-in access is available. Confirm the notice for your dates before planning around the pool.

Choose the suite by beds and space

The official Family Suite is 73–86 m² with two queen beds and two super single beds, for up to six guests. The Pool Suite is 86–99 m² for up to four, in the ground-floor Lake Building, with a balcony Jacuzzi. Both are listed with check-in at 15:00 and checkout at 11:00. Confirm the exact room variant and capacity on the rate you select.

The hotel’s address is 1278-169 Beonyeong-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si. It can suit a visit to Eco Land, but check the driving plan for other parts of Jeju before using it as a base for the whole trip.
