Biseulsan Natural Recreation Forest can be a day stop or an overnight base, but the two plans use different facilities and rules. Decide which one you need before arranging transport or a trail.
For an overnight stay, secure the facility first
Foresttrip’s current reservation policy opens rooms and campsites at 09:00 each Wednesday for dates through the Tuesday six weeks ahead. One person may reserve up to three facilities for a date and each booking is limited to three nights. Availability changes quickly, so check the live calendar rather than planning around an unconfirmed cabin or campsite.
Set arrival and departure around the rules
Check-in is 15:00–22:00 and checkout is by 11:00 the next day. The reservation holder must be the person checking in, and the operator may ask for identification. Bring personal toiletries, including towels and soap. Pets are prohibited except for a properly identified assistance dog, and facilities cannot be used above their stated capacity.
Know what camping here does not mean
The operator prohibits tents, shade structures and charcoal or other open-fire cooking in the forest grounds. Guests staying in a room may cook meat inside that room using their own portable burner and grill plate. Follow staff directions and use designated parking only.
Keep a day visit separate from the booking area
For a walk without an overnight reservation, confirm which public entrance and route are open for your date, then check the mountain weather and transport back. The official pages list the forest at 61 Ilyeonseonsa-gil, Yuga-eup, Dalseong-gun; the management office numbers are 053-659-4400 and 053-659-4401. Call when the route or facility status is unclear.
Check live notices before departure
Weather alerts, seasonal operations and maintenance can change access to campsites and other facilities. Use the forest’s notices and facility pages on the day you plan; do not assume a past seasonal schedule still applies.
