The 2026 Busan International Rock Festival ran 2–4 October at Samnak Ecological Park. Gates ran 10:00–22:00, and regular tickets cost KRW 120,000 for one day, KRW 193,000 for two days or KRW 266,000 for three. Those dates and prices are historical.

What the 2026 pass meant for the hotel
A one-day ticket meant one late return; two- or three-day passes required more consecutive nights near a workable route. The organizer said tickets were limited and could sell out. The daily lineup and final timetable mattered before deciding which nights to keep refundable.
Samnak sits in west Busan. For the 2026 festival, a free circular shuttle ran between near Exit 3 of Sasang Station on Line 2 and a stop by the park underpass. It operated from 09:30 at Sasang to 23:00 from the park, every 5–10 minutes, with a stated 5–10 minute journey. Boarding was first-come, first-served. The shuttle served the 2–4 October event only; it is not a future-year promise.
Compare the return before choosing a base
Sasang reduced the 2026 venue connection. Seomyeon could balance festival returns with other central Busan days. Haeundae made sense only when the remaining itinerary used the east coast enough to justify longer cross-city returns. Check the route back to the exact hotel entrance, including the final walk and the service available after the event.
For a future edition, wait for the organizer’s new date, daily timetable, pass prices, shuttle stops and operating hours. Do not carry the 2026 schedule into a later booking.
