75/100A longer booking is easier to judge when you list what you will do repeatedly in the room: wash clothes, store food, work or rest mid-day. Match that list to the selected room and its service rules, then choose the base that shortens your regular trips.

For a longer Busan stay, compare what you will repeat: laundry, room cleaning, food storage and the trip back each evening. Confirm each feature for the exact room and rate.

Two Seomyeon stays, two different service routines
The operator lists the residence one minute from Seomyeon Station, with contactless check-in from 16:00 and checkout by 11:00. The official rooms include studio layouts with a kitchen; confirm the selected room and occupancy. Its airport directions use the light rail to Sasang, Line 2 to Seomyeon, then a 70-metre walk from Exit 12.
The guest guide includes washer instructions but prohibits in-room cooking. For stays of at least two nights, request next-day housekeeping by 22:00 the previous evening; without a request it is not provided.

Choose the service pattern you will use
If you need several laundry loads, verify whether the exact room has a washer and drying option. For a single planned load, nearby shared laundry may be enough. A kitchenette does not automatically mean every form of cooking is allowed, so read the property rules.
Compare the same dates, guest count, room, included cleaning and cancellation terms. On a longer booking, a request-only cleaning policy or contactless arrival can matter as much as the room layout.
